Approach

Services
Our services to corporate clients include advising on the raising of equity finance on the local quoted markets or privately; advising on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments and stakebuilding, and restructurings; and advising on clients' communications with investors and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Our wide corporate, adviser and investor network enables us to identify opportunities for corporate activity on behalf of our clients as well as drive the transaction process to ensure it is executed effectively. We can act as a Sponsor or Adviser to Main Market companies.
After Market
We aim to provide the highest quality corporate broking and advisory aftermarket support to corporate clients. We have a dedicated Corporate Services team who with our Corporate Finance team is responsible, alongside our Sales and Research teams, for providing our clients with a full aftermarket service.
Together we establish an investor marketing programme for each corporate client, provide ongoing market intelligence and advice on market conditions and perceptions, reporting obligations to the market as a whole, the makeup of clients' shareholder base and on any follow-on equity capital raising
